From Kidzstarter to Emboldr: A New Chapter Begins
Dear friends, future-builders, and fire-starters,
When I first started Kidzstarter, I didn’t have a grand masterplan. I had a question.
What if young people were empowered not just to dream, but to build and launch those dreams into real-world impact?
What if every young person could explore their interests, test their ideas, and develop a mindset that says, “I can make this happen”?
That question led us to classrooms, communities, and stages — running hands-on programs, building challenges, and helping youth turn ideas into real-world impact. Kidzstarter became a launchpad for youth-led possibility.

But the world changed.
Young people were asking:
Who am I in a world that keeps shifting beneath my feet?
What does success look like when the future is uncertain?
Where do I even begin if I want to matter?
And that’s when it sparked the beginning of something bolder—
Emboldr
It’s a reinvention- to make the next generation bold.
It’s a movement where purpose meets action — and identity meets opportunity. We’re here to help young people explore who they are, sharpen future-ready skills, connect with real-world mentors, and take on challenges that shape them and the world around them.
Through mentorship, future of work preparation, and a growing marketplace of real-world opportunities, Emboldr exists to make sure no young person walks this journey alone. We believe in rising differently — not by ticking boxes, but by trusting our voice, leaning into clarity, and forging new paths.
So whether you’re just starting out, searching for your spark, or ready to shape what’s next— you belong here.
With heart, grit, and a relentless belief in what’s possible,
Lee See Ting

From participation to transformation
I wasn't expecting the learning to be "entrepreneurial", but I changed my mind after the race and I have learned many helpful tips.
I was skeptical about the whole thing before it started. But I am glad I came because it’s more than just entrepreneurship, you learn a lot of soft skills and about yourself.
At first, I didn’t know what ‘entrepreneurial’ meant, but the two days made me think about my future and my potential path.
I know how to deal with change.
I am more confident that I can now think on my feet to solve problems as they arise, and I have developed a clearer goal for my career as I now know what I value and want in life.
I am better equipped to react when my envisioned profession becomes irrelevant in the future.
I became more comfortable with networking and now see how it can lead me to more opportunities.
I learned to face unexpected challenges with resilience and to constantly think of new, creative solutions to adapt to the ever-changing world.
